Our written guarantee: Autohaus Lancaster is dedicated to providing a limited warranty on the work performed by our collision repair facility. The limited warranty is valid for the life of your vehicle and covers only those repairs as stated on the repair order.
- Metalwork: Autohaus Lancaster will provide a lifetime warranty on all unibody structure repairs, welding, and related operations. This warranty excludes rust repairs.
- Painting: A lifetime limited warranty is provided on all twostage painting. This warranty applies to paint-related defects. Audi Lancaster guarantees against fading, blistering, or excessive loss of color. Excludes extreme exposure to weather, fallout and other uncontrolled elements.
- Parts: Autohaus Lancaster will provide a one-year limited warranty on all new O.E.M. parts, excluding suspension, air conditioning, and electrical-related components.
