My search included dealerships within a 700 mile radius which made the task of negotiating via phone/internet for a vehicle difficult at many other Audi Dealerships. Some took 48 hours or more to get back to me; However, Audi of Lancaster responded quickly and put me in contact with Hernan Díaz-Egg, my sales person. He was very responsive via internet, phone, and text and was willing to contact me in any and all means necessary to make the process as convenient as possible for me, the customer. In an industry littered with lazy and/or deceitful sales people, it was refreshing to work with a professional who was willing to respond quickly and answer all my questions. He gained my confidence even further because when he did not know an answer he would quickly find the answer and get back to me. Too often other sales people at other dealerships would give me a BS answer in hopes of a quick sale. Herman gained rapport quickly with excellent customer service and earned my trust with honest hard work. When the time comes for me to replace the Audi A7 I purchased, Hernan Díaz-Egg will be my first Call!

People in today's world always want to call out the worst. Hardly ever do you hear of the GREAT PERSON that has a conscious and just wants to make the customer truly have a great experience and that they did everything possible to correct a wrong. That was my experience at Autohaus in Lancaster the second time I went back a few weeks after a communication mistake to purchase my Audi A3. A little time had gone by and I was searching for my new car by the means of different avenues and different dealerships. If I was going to make this purchase I wanted to be sure I was investing in not just my car but the dealership, their service and all other connecting personnel because I like to find TRUST! I believe I did just that! I want to thank 98% of the personnel of helping me achieve that! My main and key contact was Vivek Shah. He IS a true asset and one person that I will remain in contact with I hope for years to come. I also need to call out other team members that jumped in and went up and beyond, Wray Beinhauer, Chris Chapman, and Julie Will. These individuals worked as a great tag team and made my end purchasing experience a very pleasant one! I LOVE MY NEW AUDI A3 and will be spreading the word to purchase a vehicle at Lancaster Autohaus and from this selected team = BRAVO!!!

During the entire process, Hernan introduced me to the service personnel, advised me how long they had been there, introduced me to person after person, manager after manager although I am sorry to say, I do not remember their names. Everyone was friendly, welcoming and helpful.
I don't usually find the time to write letters to let people know how happy I am....unfortunately most of us only let people know when we are dissatisfied with a product or service. I felt so strongly about the experience that I felt I should take a few minutes to sit down and let you know how happy I am. I love the vehicle, I love the exceptional customer service, and given my experience will definitely bring the vehicle back for servicing! Thank you! Everyone did an incredible job and thank you Hernan for answering all of my questions (even the dumb ones after the delivery of the vehicle that he answered via his cell phone!)

After an accident which involved someone rear ending my 2011 VW Jetta and pushing me into the car ahead, I took my car to the Autohaus Lancaster b/c I figured it's a VW dealership, they'll know how to fix my car correctly. After an accident which involved someone rear ending my 2011 VW Jetta and pushing me into the car ahead, I took my car to the Autohaus (3.2.15) b/c I figured it's a VW dealership, they'll know how to fix my car correctly. Lancaster Auto fought for 22 days to get my car repaired correctly by getting as much of a supplement from Allstate as they could. Originally Allstate sent me a check for less than half of the total repair job which I figured this being a German car was no way possible to fix for the quoted amount. I give a big thumbs up to Glenn in the body shop for being my repair guy and being an overall great person. The people in body shop definitely showed empathy and did what they could to deliver a vehicle that was repaired correctly or to the best of their abilities with the task at hand. After reading these reviews it's apparent different departments can behave differently, but as for the people in the body shop, thank you!
